I know this seems to be a very simple recipe, but Some nutritional experts have long referred to breakfast as the most important meal of the day, and it’s also the most ignored or skipped meal of the day, recipe’s like these are simple and really quick to make and it’s one of the healthiest options and with fruits and dried fruits added to it making it not just filling but really tasty.
Old fashion rolled oats ½ cup
Milk 2% fat ½ cup
Water ¼ cup
Ripe banana ½
Chia seeds 1 tsps
- In a bowl add in the oats, milk and water, you can make this in the microwave (cook-time 2 min on high) or on stove top like I prefer, cooking till it comes to a simmer.
- Then top it up with fruits, dried fruits,chia seeds, honey or anything of your choice
